1. Introduction
Welcome to Tipup, a payment gateway bot designed for Discord (referred to as "the Service"). The Service is provided by Codetum Oy ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Use of Our Service
The Service is intended to facilitate payments and transactions between users on Discord. Users must provide their email address and Discord user ID to make payments. The Service is available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to: Provide accurate, complete, and current information. Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to your use of the Service. Not use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
4. Payments and Transactions
Payments and transactions made through the Service are processed using Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card information. All transactions are subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy. Refunds and disputes for transactions processed through the Service should be directed to Tipup customer support.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. By using the Service, you agree to comply with the terms and privacy policies of these third-party services.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Codetum Oy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
8. Refunds
Tipup adopts a strict no-refund policy. Once a transaction has been completed and the service has been provided by Tipup or Tipup business partners, there will be no refunds under any circumstances. This no-refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate your usage, our decision to terminate your usage, disruption caused to our Service either planned, accidental or intentional, or any reason whatsoever.
If you believe that Tipup has charged you in error, you must contact us within 60 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 60 days old. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we reasonably believe that you are trying to unfairly exploit this Refund Policy, if you are in breach of the Terms of Service, or if Tipup reasonably suspects that you are using our products or services fraudulently.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time and they will take an effect immediately. We will provide at least 30 days to adapt to these changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
